I’m searching for a scenario outliner for a short term task. These are for spicy short stories and the scenarios will be centred on what the characters are doing before the spicy scene. It needs to be a place/situation that makes things tenser before things get spicy. It can be outdoors or indoors (please avoid home situations as that’s very common and not intriguing enough). This job is perfect for a romance writer with experience crafting scenarios like this. I only need five or six sentences to set the scene. This job is for 10 such scenarios; not more than 150 words each. Please note that I’m not asking you to write the stories; just the scenario leading up to a spicy situation. For example: “Jane is a nurse at Santa’s village and hates John, the resident doctor; he is rude, demanding and thinks he is a God. But for some reason she can’t explain, she’s attracted to him. The story starts when they are in the middle of a disagreement over patient healthcare that results in a shouting match. People are looking and staring. John pulls her to his office, tries to put her in her place but Jane isn’t having it. Tension snaps as they snipe at each other. One particularly harsh word leads to Jane pushing John, who whirls her around and pins her to the door…” (this leaves enough room for what’s about to happen next). The above example is to show you what I’m looking for when it comes to the level of detail and tension at the beginning. It doesn’t always have to be an argument or commotion, it could be a slow burn that’s finally unravelled, or a sparky-got-to-have-them-now kind of situation. Looking to get this done within 1 or 2 days, with a submission of 5 scenarios then the other set of 5. Possibility of long-term work if we work well together.
