We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee and grow our portfolio in Serviced Accommodation, Rent-to-Rent, and HMO (House in Multiple Occupation) property deals. In this role, you will work with minimal supervision, as the Director is available only on Tuesdays. This requires a self-driven, highly organized individual capable of managing investor relationships, securing property deals, and handling daily operations independently. The role is London-based and will involve significant autonomy in decision-making, while reporting to the Director for strategic guidance once a week. Key Responsibilities: Independent Management & Operations Work autonomously to manage all aspects of the property portfolio, including daily operations, financial oversight, and compliance with property laws. Make key decisions related to property acquisitions, investor engagement, and deal structuring with minimal supervision. Provide weekly reports and updates to the Director during scheduled Tuesday meetings, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
